Our Estate Chardonnay grows on the flats off Blocks 5A & 4C. Our vines are generous givers and have produced vintages that for many, are hard to forget. It’s one of the most versatile grapes any vineyard can grow. This vintage is unique in its own; showcasing simplicity and purity yet hints of bigger more traditional styles of the past.

Notes: Stainless steel ferment with exposure to American oak.
Appearance: Pale Yellow
Tasting Notes: Granny Smith apples and lemon elevated by the soft presence of cedar and vanilla. The palate is bright and crispy. Green fruit with hints of cedar set the palate. The finish is dry and lightly salted with notes of lemon. Hints of vanilla aromas.
