This vintage of sourced Riesling was brought on site to fill in for our own after the fires. It has since aged and matured beautifully offering generous tertiary aromas and palate. This vintage is yet to reach its peak so make sure to save one or two for the future.

Appearance: Lemon Colour
Notes: Bold and well rounded. The aroma displays age with the presence of dried fruits; apricot and lemon. Maturity is presented in the form of honey and kerosene. The palate does not disappoint as it still shows vibrance and acidity to further develop this wine. A big tart lemon front palate with hints of pear and stone fruit. Hues of honey are enjoyed throughout with a distinct kerosene finish. Leaving the mouth with a satisfying chalky feel and a “spice-like” sensation.
