On the North hill, Block 10 hosts our Semillon at a slight North orientation with few rows visible from our Cellar Door. Our vintage takes influence from the visible coast and offers an alternate palate in contrast to its sweet variants. The perfect wine to complement oysters and other cool seafoods.

Appearance: Pale straw with green hues.
Notes: Floral and aromatic. Notes of green apples and lemon carried in ocean breeze. The palate is zingy and bright with a playful salt tingle. Green apple plays the lead fruit, and a big lemon finish sets the final tone.
