Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to the current Terms of Use. Crooked River Wines reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Crooked River Wines website.
Events & tickets
All attendees of events at Crooked River Wines accept any and all terms and conditions such as age restrictions given in the description of the event on our website at www.crookedriverwines.com/events and/or on the ticket email sent to you. Your attendance at the event constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
We are unable to confirm the validity of any ticket not purchased directly from Crooked River Wines. Individuals who buy through unauthorised websites other than www.crookedriverwines.com do so at their own risk as you may not gain entry into the event. If you have purchased from an unauthorised seller you will need to raise your enquiry directly with that person.
Tickets are non refundable.
Crooked River Wines has the right to refuse entry to any members or guests should they be intoxicated.
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought onto the premises at Crooked River Wines.
Wine Club
By becoming a Wine Club member, you are signing up to purchasing 6 bottles of wine every 3 months at a 20% discount rate (freight not included). You can choose which 6 bottles are included in your box, and you can change your selection at any time.
During sign up, you will need to provide your debit/credit card details for payment, which will be automatically debited every 3 months. Payments are non refundable.
Current details of Wine Club benefits are available at www.crookedriverwines.com/product/wine-club/. Crooked River Wines reserves the right to change benefits at any time.
The 20% discount on listed case prices for members is not applicable to single bottle sales. noted for members to purchase. No further discounts can be applied in addition to Wine Club member discounts.
