A soft alternative to the Australian full-bodied Shiraz, our fruit generally gives us a light to medium bodied wine. Our Shiraz can be viewed from our Restaurant and Cellar Door on our South facing hill atop the West end of our vines on Blocks 10 & 11.

Appearance: Pale Ruby
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry and plum aromas. Hints of pepper and cedar. The palate is simple giving of cherries and pepper. The presence of oak adds a layer of char and wood to the wine. A well-integrated tannin rounds out this beautifully gentle Shiraz vintage.
