The reason why our wines taste so superb are due to the following contributing factors:

Estate Grown & Produced

Our wine is made in our modern winery, all grapes are grown and produced in our vineyard at Gerringong on the South Coast of New South Wales Australia.

Grapes are in production in our winery within 30 minutes of being hand harvested.

Rich Soil

A rich volcanic alluvial soil, unspoilt for millions of years producing great Cedar forests up until 100 years ago.

Dairy Farm

The vineyard at Gerringong was previously a large dairy farm for over 100 years adding to the richness of the soil.

Ocean

The vineyard is situated 3km from the Pacific Ocean. The prevailing North East winds blow from the ocean between December and April resulting in perfect climatic conditions for ripening.

Gentle Handling

The fruit and juice is handled from the vineyard to the bottle in a very gentle way. During the process of making the wine a soft computer airbag press is used to take the juice from the grapes.
