At a sleepy vineyard in Gerringong on the NSW coast, they've discovered the secret to long life: a good night's sleep. And the key to getting a good night's sleep? A nip of chocolate port every night, according to a 102-year-old member of the Crooked River Winery wine club, who enjoys "the most beautiful slumber".
